Yōkai are monsters, demons, and ghosts from Japan. Besides being really interesting, Anime and Manga use them a lot. This website was created to help people who aren't that familiar with yōkai get to know these creatures a little better.
And for all you experts, you can contribute by reporting yōkai sightings (on each yōkai's page) and suggesting new creatures for the list (from the Feedback link above).
So please, look around! But I've got to warn you, you may become a yōkai addict too.
